“Nostrand” is one of my favorite Ratatat tracks….chill throughout the beginning and then it just explodes at you. It’s epic. All of their stuff is great, even their remix albums if you’re into that stuff (vol. 2 is better imho).
i liked LP3 the most…really really anticipating for LP4…Mike said it’s gonna be weird and bizarre..
classics is my favorite CD in general. it has a really nice flow to it and i just listen to it from start to finish every time. i found this video about a year ago (i was probably 50 out of the first 100 views lol) and i’ve been waiting for lp4 ever since. i was so happy to hear this song live during a concert in april <3

I think I each LP has an even amount of Awesome tracks on it so it’s hard to choose. They’re all distinctly RATATAT and all distinctly awesome.
they’re incredible. does anyone prefer one LP over any of the others? lp3, classics, ratatat?
yeah those two tracks are okay, but just not up to scratch with ratatats usual standards. i think they keep the best for their LPs. IMO alive is the better of the two. and also, u have heard ‘grape juice’, right? its a possible track on lp4
haha .. there is no band like ratatat .. LP4 is probably gonna release first half of 2010 .. check out their collaboration they did with kid cudi for 2 songs on his album

they made LP4 while recording LP3 .. check out their rare(ish) track called Mahalo
Well it’s all done, and they’re saying absolutely nothing about when it’s coming out.. my guess is sometime during the first half of next year.
