McCain is a high-stakes craps player who loves the pure, adrenalin-pumping, rush of the game. Obama is an exceedingly low-stakes poker player who sizes up his odds methodically and rarely loses money. It’s a great insight into the two personalities. And there’s an even better scoop a little further down. While I knew most of the details of Obama’s poker-playing, I had no idea McCain was such a hard-core gambler: In the past decade, [McCain] has played on Mississippi riverboats, on Indian land, in Caribbean craps pits and along the length of the Las Vegas Strip. Back in 2005 he joined a group of journalists at a magazine-industry conference in Puerto Rico, offering betting strategy on request. “Enjoying craps opens up a window on a central thread constant in John’s life,” says John Weaver, McCain’s former chief strategist, who followed him to many a casino. “Taking a chance, playing against the odds.” Aides say McCain tends to play for a few thousand dollars at a time and avoids taking markers, or loans, from the casinos, which he has helped regulate in Congress. “He never, ever plays on the house,” says Mark Salter, a McCain adviser. The goal, say several people familiar with his habit, is never financial. He loves the thrill of winning and the camaraderie at the table. Only recently have McCain’s aides urged him to pull back from the pastime. Look, I’m sorry you cannot carry a debate for lack of intelligence and knowledge of the candidates/issues; but bringing hobbies (or anyone else’s, for that matter) into an argument is just childish, and I think you know it. Grow up, and have a nice day. I’m washing my hands of this “debate.”
How would you even know whether or not I get informed on politics “every four years?” I’ve never admitted that I only get information from Right Wing news sources, and I don’t know where I have demonstrated pride in “faith based facts.” You really are just a liar, and your arguments are completely unfounded. I think I have demonstrated my knowledge of the economy quite eloquently, and I know everything about the candidates’ tax plans that I need to; YOU have done nothing but spew insults.
Here’s the difference, I actually AM informed on politics, you on the other hand only get “informed” once every four years and you admit you get your info from Right Wing sources. You’ve already demonstrated that you don’t know squat about the economy or the two candidate’s tax plans and you have even demonstrated pride in your “faith based facts”.

That doesn’t mean she was attacked by a Republican. This relates back to our chat about how there are radicals in both political party, just because someone put out posters making those claims doesn’t mean they speak for all Republicans in the US.

The difference between the parties is that Liberals want such “radical things” as peace and free health care for all and your radicals are saying Obama and Liberals need to die.
There are radicals in both political parties. I fail to see the relevance of this video, there is still no factual evidence that radical Republicans were responsible for Ms. Pressly’s injuries. Oh, and you do realize that Ms. Pressly plays a very miniscule part in “W,” and her part is that of a conservative. Why would radical Republicans attack someone who is playing a Republican in this movie? Once again, you make absolutely no sense, and your arguments/accusations are completely unfounded.

Your idea of “knowledge on the economy” is to dream about a fantasy business and claim Obama will tax you at 62%.
First of all, I will be going to see “W,” I have a sense of humor when it comes to Bush-bashing, because a lot of it is just so absurd that it amuses me to no end. For your information, the motives of Pressly’s attackers is unclear, as no suspects have been determined. I feel badly about what happened to Pressly, but you must get it through your block-head that you cannot take liberties in situations like this for your own benefit, i.e. assuming Pressly’s attackers were radical Republicans.
BTW: You know that Oliver Stone movie “W”? Anne Pressly a 26 year old popular Arkansas TV anchor had a bit part in it and some “Informed” types such as yourself crept into her house in the dead of night and beat her with clubs while she was sleeping peacefully in bed, she arrived at the hospital in critical condition. Ignorance like yours is dangerous.

No matter what type of gambling, it is still gambling. Gambling is always losing in a long run especially when you play more. No matter how smart you are gambling is still a game of luck which people forget because they think they’re smart.
